PLANNING ASSISTANCE:
    We offer plan/drawing assistance to help the owner in their needs for
the architectural drawings and specifications.  We prepare all
necessary cross sections, elevations, and site work drawings, for the
construction process.

ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING AND DESIGN:
     We assist in the site and building layout, preliminary and final cost
 We offer Design/Build that insures the owner that their project will
be brought to reality on time and within the budgeted amount.

REMODELING:
     We provide in house assistance with various remodeling projects, from
the simple to the complex.  We do room additions, kitchen and bath
remodeling, new door and window replacement, and roofing just to name
a few. 

GENERAL CONTRACTIONG:
     We are a full service General Contracting firm.  We handle all phases
of construction new and existing.  We coordinate all necessary aspects
including plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, and concrete and
carpentry work.  We have in house framing and trim carpenters,
painters, and laborers, to name a few.

SUBCONTRACTORS:
     As a general Contractor, we also schedule and maintain a group of
qualified subcontractors.  Most of my subcontractors have been working
with our firm for several years.  They do quality work, are on time
and in budgeted amounts.
